State of the Gulf Summit Attended by NOAA Administrator

Jane Lubchenco, NOAA Administrator and Undersecretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere, attended the 2011 State of the Gulf Summit in Houston, Texas, where she delivered a speech on "Challenges to assuring the health of the Gulf of Mexico".
